402cron: scheduled webhooks for AI agents, packs from $0.02 with x402

402cron calls an HTTP endpoint on a schedule for AI agents. An agent registers the URL it wants called and a cron expression, pays in USDC on Base through the x402 protocol, and 402cron makes the call on time. There is no account, no API key and no card: the signed payment is the authorization. Runs are bought in packs: Trial, 20 runs for $0.02; Starter, 4,000 runs for $2.00; Month, 50,000 runs for $25.00, enough for one call every minute for a month. It suits agents that need to wake up on a schedule, check a source every few minutes, or come back to unfinished work later without keeping their own server running.
