DOM-BG from Burgas is a builder of high-efficiency prefab houses with a timber frame, designed for the Bulgarian climate. We build the house for you on your plot. The external wall is 23 cm with U = 0.19 W/m²K, and the timber is dried to 10–12% moisture.

Indicative price: €800–1,300 per m² of gross built area. The price covers the whole house without the foundation: it is handed over plastered and filled, with finished bathrooms and toilets. The foundation and the furniture are extra, because the foundation depends on the plot and the soil.

Construction takes 3–6 months; the structure is produced in the company's own workshop and then assembled on site. There are 19 designs, for example DOM C30 (30 m², 1 bedroom, about €24,000–39,000) and DOM C48 (48 m², 2 bedrooms, about €38,400–62,400), or an individual project designed around your plot.
